Jeffrey Harris
Founder / CEO
Jeffrey Harris is a cognitive psychologist and researcher specialising in human-machine interaction, behavioural measurement and human experience with interactive technologies. His research focuses on understanding how human behaviour and interaction dynamics can reveal information about how people experience and interact with technology.
During his PhD research at Utrecht University, partly funded through the European Research Council, he developed a novel approach for continuously measuring subjective human experience from movement behaviour. This work established the scientific foundation for Response Reality and has resulted in peer-reviewed publications and patent-pending technology.
His current work extends this research from virtual environments toward human–machine collaboration, investigating how behavioural and system data can be used to understand the quality of interaction between humans and intelligent systems.
Jeffrey has led interdisciplinary development projects, taught at university level and presented his research internationally. He also brings industry experience from UX research and innovation projects involving companies including Google, Samsung and Nestlé.
At Response Reality, he leads the scientific and commercial development of technology designed to give intelligent systems a richer understanding of their human users and the quality of their interaction.

Selina Kim
Business Development
Selina Kim is a social scientist and statistician with a research background in technology adoption, immersive technologies and evidence-based evaluation. Her work focuses on understanding how emerging technologies create measurable value for users and organisations and how scientific insights can be translated into practical applications.
Her research has focused particularly on learning, training and skill transfer, including the question of whether skills acquired through immersive training transfer to real-world performance. This gives her experience in evaluating technology not only through user experience, but through the outcomes and practical value it creates.
Selina combines this research perspective with experience in project development, stakeholder engagement and the implementation of interdisciplinary technology projects. She has worked across research and applied settings, with a particular interest in healthcare, professional training and other environments where technology must demonstrate clear benefits for users and organisations.
At Response Reality, Selina leads business development and market validation. She supports customer discovery, identifies high-value use cases and customer requirements, and helps translate these insights into product and commercial priorities.
