Jeffrey Harris
Founder / CEO
Jeff is a cognitive psychologist and PhD researcher specializing in human experience in technology-mediated environments. His work examines how people perceive, interpret, and interact with machines, applications, and immersive systems, including VR, AR, AI, and other forms of human-machine interaction.
His research on presence and behavioral measurement, developed during an EU-funded PhD project, led to the founding of Response Reality.
Jeff has led interdisciplinary development teams, lectured at universities, and presented his research at international scientific conferences.
In private industry, he has worked on UX research and innovation projects with companies such as Google, Samsung, and Nestlé in South Korea, the United States, and across Europe.
At Response Reality, Jeff supports organizations, developers, and institutions through scientific evaluation, data-driven insights, and clear recommendations. The goal is to help create technologies that are intuitive, effective, and aligned with human perception and behavior.

Selina Kim
Business Development
Selina is a social scientist, statistician and PhD researcher specializing in the use of immersive experiences to enhance learning and training. Her work focuses on the central question: how can we assess whether skills learned in virtual training transfer to real life?
She is deeply passionate about immersive experiences and their potential to transform education and professional training. She focuses on making immersive experiences and training programs accessible to diverse target groups, using XR not merely as a technology, but as a foundation for meaningful learning, effective training, and high-quality education.
In particular, she is enthusiastic about applying XR in healthcare, where immersive technologies can significantly enhance training outcomes, professional competence, and ultimately patient safety.
At Response Reality, Selina is responsible for business development and project management, contributing to the strategic development and successful implementation of XR projects.
