His research on presence and behavioral measurement, initially developed through an EU-funded PhD project, led to the founding of Response Reality. The company translates psychological science into practical tools for evaluating and improving digital experiences.
At Response Reality, he supports organizations, developers, and institutions with scientific assessments, data-driven insights, and clear recommendations. The objective is to help create technologies that are intuitive, effective, and aligned with human perception and behavior.

Selina is a social scientist, statistician and PhD researcher specializing in the use of immersive experiences to enhance learning and training. Her work focuses on the central question: how can we assess whether skills learned in virtual training transfer to real life?
She is deeply passionate about immersive experiences and their potential to transform education and professional training. She focuses on making immersive experiences and training programs accessible to diverse target groups, using XR not merely as a technology, but as a foundation for meaningful learning, effective training, and high-quality education.
In particular, she is enthusiastic about applying XR in healthcare, where immersive technologies can significantly enhance training outcomes, professional competence, and ultimately patient safety.
